Customer handing over a five-star review at the end of a finished job

What it actually does

Pulled from Google or Yelp

We read your public review pages every day. Your latest 5-star reviews land on your site within 24 hours of being posted on Google or Yelp.

Tagged so Google shows the stars

Every review on your site is tagged the way Google wants — name, date, star count, words. That's what unlocks the gold stars under your name in search results.

Your overall rating, on every page

Your average rating + total review count gets the same tagged treatment, so your home page URL qualifies for stars in Google and Maps too, not just on the reviews page.

Pick what shows on-site

Pick the 6 reviews to feature. Hide a 4-star outlier. Pin a particularly good story. You curate what shows on your site — without changing what's on Google or Yelp.

Stars in search drive the click. Don't fake them — surface them.

Google gives review-rich pages the gold-star treatment under your URL in search. The catch: the reviews have to be real, tagged correctly, and on the same page the URL points to. Most contractor sites have either no reviews on-site or a static testimonial block that Google can't read — neither qualifies.

We pull your live reviews from Google Business Profile and Yelp every day, tagged the way Google reads them, with a backlink to the source on every review. Where the platform has an official tool, we use it. Otherwise we read the public page the same way any visitor would.

Result: when a homeowner Googles 'roofer near me,' your URL gets the ★★★★★ 4.9 (47) line under it. That click-rate lift typically shows up in your dashboard within two weeks.

Common questions

What contractors ask before they sign up.

Do you make up or generate reviews?+
No, ever. Every review on your site is a real review pulled from your real Google or Yelp profile, with a backlink to the source. Faking reviews can suspend your Google Business Profile and we won't touch it.
What if I don't have any reviews yet?+
The reviews section stays hidden until you do. CoreLaunch will surface a one-click 'ask for a review' flow after every booked job — but you press the button, not us. No automated drip.
How often do reviews refresh?+
Every day. New reviews on Google or Yelp typically appear on your site within 24 hours of being posted.
Can I hide a bad review?+
On your own CoreLaunch site, yes — the curate screen lets you pick which reviews to feature. We can't hide reviews on Google or Yelp themselves; only the platforms can do that.
Does this work with Facebook reviews?+
Not yet. v1 is Google + Yelp only. Facebook and Houzz are on the post-launch list.
For the curious — what's under the hood?+
Where there's an official tool from Google or Yelp, we use it. Otherwise we read the public reviews page the same way any visitor would. Reviews are tagged on your site the exact way Google's search documentation says to tag them — same tagging the big chains use to get the gold stars.
